Victor Zhang – President

Victor brings more than 10 years of technical and business experience to DMQ.  In addition to his leadership of DMQ, he is also responsible for Research and Development and is the Assistant to the President of Zhejiang DunAn Artificial Environment Co., the parent company to DMQ.  Victor has a solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the fields of air conditioning and refrigeration and designed and launched the HVAC-R Electronic Expansion Valve into the DunAn product line.  Victor received a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China.

 

Parthiban Arunasalam – Chief Executive Officer

Parthi brings to DMQ more than 12 years of experience in MEMS product design, fabrication and packaging technologies. Before taking on the role as CEO, he was the COO from May 2013 to October 2014 and the VP of Engineering from May 2012 to May 2013 at DMQ. He developed all critical MEMS fabrication process IPs related to DMQ’s MEMS devices and has successfully established a growing customer base, new applications and manufacturing operations in North America and Asia. Parthi holds 5 patents and more than 20 patents pending within the discipline of MEMS microvalve and package design, sensor and controls design, and fabrication process design. He is the author of more than 24 published technical papers in engineering journals and conferences.
 
Parthi graduated from the University of Science Malaysia with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in mechanical engineering. He also holds a Master’s degree with an emphasis in electronics packaging from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Parthi is pursuing a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

 

Nelson Fuller – Director of Technology

Prior to joining DMQ, Nelson was Chief Engineer for Research and Development at TRW Automotive. He brings 30+ years of hands-on experience in the design and development of new products including automotive fluidic braking systems. His experience includes the invention of, design, and development of automotive fluidic systems as well as the hardware configuration for these systems. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oakland University. Nelson holds 22 patents and is an original inventor of the DunAn Microstaq valve technology.

 

Jerry Jadwisiak – Director of Sales & Marketing

Before joining DMQ, Jerry was Director of Product Management at Refrigeration at Johnson Controls, Inc. He has over 30 years of business experience with wide-ranging, global leadership roles in manufacturing operations, product development, and product management. He has created and executed business strategies focused on the success of his customers. His experience includes manufacturing start-ups, business turnarounds, and technology transfers. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University.
